The Prospect
LoglineAI is growing, and every new hire shapes how the studio works. In this role, you will own hiring from start to finish across creative, tech and client-facing teams — this is about 80% of the job. The other 20% is core people operations: onboarding, documentation, employee queries and exits.
You will work closely with founders and hiring managers, and you will be the person who makes sure we hire the right people, quickly and fairly.

What you'll do
• Own end-to-end hiring for creative, tech and client-facing roles, closing each role within an agreed time-to-hire target.
• Build a robust pipeline for every open role through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, creative communities and direct outreach, so each role has a qualified shortlist within the first week.




• Run a clear intake with every hiring manager before sourcing starts — agree on must-haves, outcomes and the interview plan, so fewer roles need to be re-opened.
• Run structured interviews — screens, scorecards, panel scheduling and debriefs — so every hiring decision is backed by explicit evidence.
• Track and share hiring metrics every week (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source quality, pipeline health) and use them to fix slow stages.
• Manage offers and pre-joining, keeping candidates engaged until Day 1 to keep offer drop-offs low.
• Make sure every new joiner has access, tools, a buddy and a 90-day plan in their first week.
• Handle core people operations — employee records, letters, policy queries and exits — accurately and on time.
• Be the go-to partner for managers and team members on everyday people matters, raising issues early before they grow.
