About the Role

We are looking for a Vendor Relations Specialist to identify, coordinate, and build robust professional relationships with vendors and external partners.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage vendor interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential vendors and external partners.
Build and maintain solid professional relationships with vendors.
Communicate with vendors to understand requirements and business needs.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate information.
Conduct business discussions and meetings with vendors when required.
Negotiate and coordinate with external stakeholders.




Maintain proper documentation and records of vendor interactions.
Track ongoing vendor requirements and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet business requirements.
Research and identify potential vendors and strategic partners.
Monitor vendor-related activities and identify opportunities for improvement.

Mandatory Requirements
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Good coordination and relationship-building abilities.
Basic negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and adaptable approach.
Ability to communicate professionally with external vendors.
Basic knowledge of data, operations, or procurement processes is a plus.
Comfortable working in an onsite environment.
