• Messaging Infrastructure Monitoring
• Troubleshooting Outlook and email-related issues
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online settings.
• Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, and email security.
• Troubleshoot mail flow and Outlook issues.
• Perform migration and upgrade activities.
• Monitor messaging infrastructure performance.
