Job Description:
Express Parcel Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development qualified from the logistics industry to drive recent customer acquisition and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
• Generate new business for international courier, air freight, sea freight and logistics services.
• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, references, market research and direct outreach.
• Conduct client visits and face-to-face meetings to identify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with potential customers and convert prospects into active clients.
• Understand customer shipping requirements and introduce suitable logistics solutions.
• Develop new accounts and generate regular, repeat business.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of newly acquired customers.
• Achieve defined sales, customer acquisition and revenue targets.

Requirements:




• 2–5+ years of sales/business development experience in logistics, international courier, freight forwarding, air freight or sea freight.
• Solid understanding of international shipping and import/export logistics.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire recent customers and bring in business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, field sales and regular client visits.
• Existing industry contacts/network will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for business development activities.

Key: Relevant logistics industry experience is required. Candidates with sales experience limited to unrelated sectors such as credit cards, telecom, insurance or similar industries will not be considered.
