Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can independently manage social media accounts from planning and strategy to content creation, execution, and reporting.
This is a content-focused role, so the candidate must be comfortable not only planning content but also creating and editing it independently.
The role also requires solid coordination skills, as you will work closely with our content producers, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, editors, influencers, web development team, clients, and other internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly content strategies and content calendars.
• Ideate creative content concepts, campaigns,



and social media formats.
• Create social media content independently, including Reels, Stories, static content and other platform-specific formats.
• Write captions, hooks, scripts and social media copy.
• Plan and coordinate photoshoots and content shoots.
• Coordinate closely with content producers, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, editors, influencers, web developers and other creative teams.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, communicate updates, and ensure deliverables are aligned.
• Take ownership of the content execution process and ensure tasks are moving forward as planned.
• Coordinate between different team members and ensure everyone involved has the required information, references, timelines, and deliverables.
• Follow up with relevant team members to ensure work is completed within deadlines.
