Role Description The Head of Quality Assurance is a full time, on-site role based in Ludhiana, responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities across the manufacturing operations. This role involves setting and maintaining quality standards, designing and implementing inspection and testing procedures,



and ensuring that fasteners meet customer specifications and applicable industry standards. Daily tasks include supervising QA/QC teams, reviewing production quality data, conducting root-cause analysis of nonconformities, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The Head of Quality Assurance will collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to improve processes, reduce defects, and support certification and compliance requirements. The role also includes conducting and hosting internal and external audits, maintaining quality documentation, and training staff on quality practices and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
