Position Summary
The Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Core HCM & Platform is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, integration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related platform capabilities.
This is a hands-on functional consulting role requiring deep expertise in Employee Central, Core HR processes, workforce data management, integrations, reporting, and platform governance. The consultant will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, standardized, and globally compliant solutions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate robust solution ownership, stakeholder management, business communication, and accountability for delivering outcomes throughout the solution lifecycle.
Success Profile
The ideal candidate is a senior Employee Central consultant with deep expertise in Core HCM Business Processes, Employee Central, and Its integrations with SAP ERP and SAP Finance, and global HR processes. They combine solid configuration skills with excellent ownership, communication,



and stakeholder management capabilities, and are able to independently lead solution design, drive decisions, and deliver scalable global SuccessFactors solutions in complex multinational environments.

Solution Design & Configuration
· Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and solution design workshops.
· Translate business requirements into scalable SuccessFactors solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
· Configure and support Employee Central and related platform capabilities.
· Develop functional specifications, solution designs, configuration workbooks, and testing documentation.
· Drive process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
