Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Brainstorm creative content ideas, campaigns, reels, carousels, stories and engagement formats.
Write or oversee captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy.
Coordinate with the design, video, content and performance marketing teams to ensure timely execution.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, viral formats, trending audio and competitor activity.
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly/weekly reports with actionable insights.
Track significant metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions, leads and conversions.
Continuously test and improve content
