About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing, Branding & Communications qualified to help strengthen Schneider Electric’s brand and tell compelling stories about our people, technology, innovation and impact.

The role will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex business priorities into engaging narratives, campaigns and content that connect with customers, employees and other key audiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing and brand communication initiatives aligned with Schneider Electric’s business and brand strategy.
• Create compelling stories and narratives around our technology, innovation, sustainability, people and business impact.
• Develop engaging content across LinkedIn, social media, digital platforms, internal communications and other channels.
• Partner with business and functional stakeholders to identify and amplify impactful stories and success cases.
• Support brand positioning, thought leadership and employer branding initiatives.




• Translate complex technical and business concepts into straightforward, engaging and audience-friendly content.
• Ensure consistency in Schneider Electric’s brand identity, messaging and tone of voice across channels.
• Track campaign performance and audience engagement, using insights and data to improve communication effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in Marketing, Brand, Communications, Corporate Communications, Content Marketing or a related field.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Robust written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them in an impactful way.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
