Kinaray is building India's first hosting-ecosystem brand. We begin at the table, with kansa (bronze) tableware rooted in Indian craft, and extend into bespoke furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, carpets and gifting: everything it takes to host beautifully.

In early 2027 we open our first flagship experience store in Recent Delhi.
We're looking for the person who will be Kinaray's first and most significant voice to our clients.

THE ROLE
You'll help people furnish a room, set a table and choose a gift that lasts generations. You'll also build the client and designer relationships that make the store a destination rather than a shop.
Lead the client experience across both floors, from first visit to delivery and installation
Sell consultatively across tableware, gifting and made-to-order furniture, owning bespoke orders end to end: specifications, finishes, timelines and follow-through
Build and nurture a personal client book (private clients, NRI, wedding and corporate gifting)
Grow relationships with residential architects, interior designers and stylists in Delhi NCR




Know our collections, craft and materials deeply, and share that knowledge honestly with clients
Support private previews, in-store events and hosted dinners
Help shape the store's selling standards and train the team that joins you

YOU'LL LIKELY HAVE
6–10 years in premium or luxury retail, with at least 3+ years in home, furniture, interiors or high jewellery
A track record of closing high-value (₹5L+), custom-order sales with private clients
An active client book and existing relationships with designers and architects in Delhi NCR
A genuine love for craft, design and the art of hosting
Fluent English and Hindi; warm, polished and unscripted
Comfort with POS, CRM and WhatsApp-based clienteling
A design, interiors, hospitality, or fashion-retail background is a plus, not a requirement.
