About

We’re looking for a Marketing & Portfolio Support Lead to own the firm’s brand presence and portfolio support initiatives across India.
This is a broad, high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of venture, content, ecosystem, and portfolio value creation. You’ll shape how the firm communicates with the market while also working directly with the investment team and portfolio companies on strategic projects.
There isn’t a predefined playbook. You’ll be expected to identify what matters, build the structure around it, and make it happen.

What you'll own

• Brand & content strategy: Own the firm’s presence across LinkedIn, X, newsletters, blogs, long-form essays, and other relevant channels.
• Partner thought leadership: Turn investment theses, sector research, and partner perspectives into content founders and operators actually want to read.
• Portfolio support: Work alongside the investment team on active projects with portfolio companies,



bringing structure and driving execution.
• Surveys & benchmarks: Build founder NPS surveys, ecosystem benchmarks, sector pulse reports, and other proprietary content.
• Ecosystem relationships: Build strong relationships with founders, operators, investors, media, and other key players across the startup ecosystem.
• Portfolio playbooks: Develop helpful resources around areas such as PR, hiring, and other recurring portfolio needs.
• Announcements & communications: Run portfolio announcement cycles end to end, including founder briefings, press notes, partner commentary, and social content.
• Recent initiatives: Identify gaps in how the firm wins and supports portfolio companies and take ownership of solving them.
