Job Summary:
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience and strong Clinical Operations domain knowledge, along with valuable SQL and Reporting/Analytics skills, to provide support to business users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve business user tickets independently.
• Support queries related to Clinical Operations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot reports and NLQ outputs.
• Investigate data discrepancies and perform data reconciliation.
• Work with business users to resolve reporting and data-related issues.

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Robust knowledge of Clinical Operations.
• Positive hands-on experience with SQL.
• Experience in Reporting and Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
