Qualification: Bachelors in Commerce Graduate (mandatory)

Experience: Fresher to 3 years maximum

Salary: Rs. 20,000 - 25,000 per month

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare bills, vouchers and complete data entry in Tally. Prepare media release orders & media bills.
Handle petty cash entries and manage office petty cash




Maintain accounts entries for all group companies - Oberoi Foods and Oberoi IBC. Entry in Tally and analysis in Excel
Maintain all bank accounts and credit card records of all companies & the proprietor's family members
Manage personal accounts of the proprietor and their family members.
Maintain monthly expenses details with due dates for the proprietor's family and both companies , Oberoi Foods, Oberoi IBC., along with salary calculation.
Handle offer letter to appointment letter process, and prepare monthly salary slips and Salaries transfer every month.
Handle all govt. dues - PF, PT, TDS, GST calculations and payments & Annual Audit.
Prepare monthly MIS: Monthly expenses vs Monthly revenue calculation at end of month
Maintain all important papers & documents of both companies & the proprietor's family members - client contracts, celebrity agreements, Aadhar card, PAN card, passport, driving license, voter I
