Brand Nxt is looking for a Social Media Manager who knows social media is much more than posting beautiful content. You will own the social media presence of multiple brands across industries, combining strategy, creativity, trends, storytelling and growth. This is a role for someone who thinks about what the content achieves for the business, not only how it looks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





Strategy & Planning
Build and own social media strategy for multiple brands
Plan content calendars and keep every brand consistent and on schedule
Come up with campaign ideas

Content & Creative
Create Reels and short-form content
Write captions, hooks and copy
Research trends and turn them into content
Provide creative direction
Tell the brand's story across platforms

Influencers & Production
Plan and run influencer and creator campaigns
Plan and coordinate shoots
Work with designers, creators and production teams to deliver content on time

Analytics & Growth
Track social media analytics and campaign performance
Use data to improve reach, engagement and conversions
Report on results and suggest what to do next
