We are looking for an experienced store manager who can efficiently manage our raw material store and ensure accurate inventory control to support uninterrupted production.

Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented store manager—raw material & inventory—to manage the day-to-day operations of the raw material store.
The candidate will be responsible for material receiving, GRN preparation, stock maintenance, inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO implementation, material issue to production, documentation, and coordination with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams.




The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food manufacturing, bakery, sweets, FMCG, hotel, or similar industries, with robust knowledge of inventory and store management.

Qualification
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, commerce, food technology, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in store / inventory management.
• Experience in food manufacturing, bakery, sweets, savouries, FMCG, hotel, or similar industries will be preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GRN, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, material inward/outward, and inventory control.
• Computer knowledge and experience with ERP/inventory management software is preferred.
• Good communication, documentation, and team-hand
