As Manager II, Operations you will work with India leadership team to improve existing systems or processes, and reduce defects to serve Amazon’s customers better. You will be leading a team and required to analyze data, interact with cross functional teams, recommend and pilot improvements that will help us serve our customers better, in line with our goal to be the Earth’s Most Customer Centric Company.

This role owns end-to-end responsibility for site/s,including budgets, people development and operational performance. Ensure meeting operational SLAs across inbound, outbound, ICQA, and FC Dock functions. Additional responsibilities include leading and developing a team coaching and mentoring leaders to achieve performance objectives, fostering positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the site/s.
