• Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or ITI (Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic / Fitter)
• 1–3 years of hands-on technical experience in automobile or mechanical maintenance.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, troubleshooting, and safety.
• Willingness to undergo aviation-specific training and work in a regulated setting.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts,
outdoor conditions, and quick-paced operational settings.
• Assist in carrying out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Perform mechanical operations such as assembly, disassembly, inspections, and replacements as per approved procedures.
• Support aircraft turnaround activities, including basic checks and preparation tasks.
• Handle tools, equipment, and components used in aircraft maintenance safely and correctly.
• Maintain proper documentation, task sheets, and technical logs as instructed by certified engineers.
• Coordinate with engineering, stores, and line maintenance teams to support operational requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, Human Factors principles, and company SOPs.
• Participate in internal training programs to transition from auto/mechanical background to aviation maintenance standards.
