About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Skill Manager to lead and manage skill development initiatives under our Women Empowerment projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with NGOs, women-focused programs, community development, or skill development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor skill development programs for women and communities.
Coordinate training programs, workshops, and capacity-building activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with trainers, beneficiaries, community partners, and stakeholders.
Identify skill development needs and support the design of relevant training programs.
Monitor participant enrolment, attendance, training completion, and outcomes.
Support women beneficiaries in improving employability, entrepreneurship, and livelihood opportunities.




Coordinate with field teams and ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
Maintain project documentation, beneficiary records, and progress reports.
Track project targets, deliverables, and timelines.
Prepare regular reports and updates for management and project stakeholders.
Support partnerships and collaborations related to women empowerment and skill development.

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Management, Education, or a related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably with an NGO or development-sector organization.
Robust experience in women empowerment, skill development, livelihood, or community-based programs.
Positive team management and coordination skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Willingness to travel for field vis
