Key Skills: Amazon Connect (AWS Contact Center), AWS
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain data solutions supporting Amazon Connect contact center operations and reporting.
• Develop reliable processes for capturing, transforming, and structuring contact center data.
• Work with business and technical teams to define data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets.
• Investigate data quality issues and improve the reliability, accuracy, and usability of contact center information.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of data integrations related to Amazon Connect.

Skills Required:
• 6 to 10 years of relevant skilled experience in data engineering or contact center technology.




• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, also known as AWS Contact Center.
• Solid understanding of contact center data structures, operational reporting, and data integration requirements.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable data engineering solutions.
• Ability to work with technical and business teams to deliver accurate and accessible contact center data.

Valuable to Have:
• Experience with AWS.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
