As the Sales Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our CLM International department. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and inspire a talented team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, training and mentoring team members, and fostering a positive and cooperative work workplace. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to align sales efforts with the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of sales specialists, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by training and coaching team members on best practices.

Qualifications
