Crisom Curve is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team on a Remote basis.

We’re looking for someone who can independently manage performance campaigns, analyse results, and lead a team while handling multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Manage lead generation and performance marketing campaigns
Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates and other key metrics
Develop performance strategies based on campaign data
Handle multiple client accounts and budgets
Manage, guide and review the performance of the marketing team
Work closely with the creative/content team to improve ad performance
Prepare regular campaign reports and performance insights
Identify prospects for scaling successful campaigns
Communicate campaign strategies and results with clients

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience

Robust experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads

Experience managing multiple client campaigns

Proven experience in Lead Generation / Conversion Campaigns





Team management and leadership experience

Strong analytical and optimization skills

Ability to work independently in a remote workplace

Agency experience will be preferred

Indian Clients
International Clients
