Handle walk-in customers, inbound enquiries, and assigned leads at the project or site.
Understand customer requirements including budget, location, property type, configuration, and investment needs.
Explain project details, specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans, offers, and other relevant information to customers.
Conduct and coordinate property or project site visits for prospective customers.
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their property requirements.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Generate new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and other available sources.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the telecalling, marketing, documentation, and site teams for smooth customer handling.
Negotiate with customers within approved company policies and work towards closing deals.




Achieve assigned monthly sales and site-visit targets.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
1–4 years of experience in real estate sales.
Experience in in office or project sales is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Ability to conduct property presentations and site visits effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
