Tender Executive – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender Executive with experience in government/e-tendering processes, particularly GeM and other e-procurement portals.
Key Responsibilities

Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, IREPS, PSU and other e-tender portals.

Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, ATC/STC and BOQ.

Prepare technical compliance sheets, declarations, undertakings, MAFs and other bid documents.

Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, technical and finance teams for required documents and quotations.

Upload and submit bids accurately within deadlines.

Monitor corrigenda, clarifications, technical evaluation, financial opening and tender results.

Maintain proper records of submitted and ongoing tenders.

Assist with reverse auctions, post-bid documentation and order-related formalities.
Requirements





Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Tender/GeM/E-Procurement preferred.

Valuable knowledge of GeM and government tendering procedures.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PDF.

Good drafting, documentation and communication skills.

Solid attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Experience in IT Hardware, Networking, Software, AMC or System Integration tenders will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹35,000/month, depending on experience and skills.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
