NCADOpt Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic CAE Sales Engineer / Business Development professional to drive sales of CAE, Simulation Software, and Engineering Solutions.
NThe ideal candidate should have experience in selling CAE / Simulation / Engineering Software or related technical solutions and a strong understanding of B2B sales. Experience with any leading simulation software such as Cadence, ANSYS, Altair, Siemens, Hexagon, MSC, Dassault Systèmes, or similar platforms will be considered.

Identify and develop new business opportunities for CAE, Simulation Software, and Engineering Solutions. N
Build and maintain solid relationships with recent and existing customers. N
Understand customer engineering and simulation requirements and recommend suitable software solutions. N
Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities. N
Conduct customer visits, meetings, presentations, product discussions, and regular follow-ups. N




Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams for software demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution proposals. N
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure. N
Develop existing customer accounts and identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling. N
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. N
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and industry events to generate business opportunities. N
Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity information in CRM systems. N
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities. N
Support preparation andsubmission of quotations, commercial proposals, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and bids. N
Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Application Engineering, and Management teams to develop customer-specific solutions. N
