Job Description
Technical Leadership & Delivery Excellence
Provide technical leadership on ADAS architecture, design, and validation.
Mentor internal teams to build ADAS competency and reduce dependency.
Ensure compliance with global safety and cybersecurity standards.
Excellent knowledge in advanced ADAS features such as L2+/L3 autonomy, sensor calibration, algorithms, and validation frameworks.
Drive end to end test planning, test case development, test coverage analysis, and defect triage.
Client Support & Pre-Sales
Provide domain expertise for RFPs, bids, and solution proposals.
Represent the organization in technical discussions with OEMs, Tier 1s, and platform vendors.
Compliance & Standards Alignment
Ensure adherence to global automotive testing standards (Global safety and cybersecurity standards).
