• Act as Technical Product Owner for the implementation, rollout, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Veeva QMS capabilities within VISION
• Translate business requirements from Quality Management, Manufacturing, Laboratory, Regulatory, and GxP-relevant stakeholders into explicit functional and technical product backlog items
Education / Professional Certification
• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.




Experience
• More than 10 years of relevant professional experience in SAP QM, LIMS, QMS systems, quality process digitalization, or regulated system implementation within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other GxP-relevant environments; experience with Veeva QMS is strongly preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics
• • Robust functional and technical understanding of Quality Management processes and systems, preferably including Veeva QMS, SAP QM, LIMS, and related enterprise platforms;
• Proven experience as Product Owner, Business Process Owner, Solution Lead, or Senior Business Expert in global QMS, ERP, or laboratory system implementation programs;
• Experience with end-to-end implementation activities including requirements engineering, solution design, backlog management, configuration support, testing, validation, deployment, and hypercare;
