Customer Relationship & Sales Executive – Car Detailing We are looking for a Customer Relationship & Sales Executive to join our team. The main responsibility will be to handle customer calls and enquiries, explain our services, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into bookings. Responsibilities: Attend customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries. Explain our detailing services, packages, pricing, and benefits. Follow up with customers and leads. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Handle customer requirements and provide good customer service. Coordinate with the detailing team regarding customer bookings. Maintain basic customer and lead details. Requirements: Valuable communication and customer-handling skills. Confident and friendly personality. Positive sales and convincing skills.



Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge. Previous sales/customer service experience is preferred. Automotive/detailing experience is an added advantage.
