Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to communicate confidently with candidates
Students pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com/any relevant course can apply
