Property Tours: Show available rooms and common amenities to prospective residents while explaining pricing, House rules, and lease terms.
Follow-Ups: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with active leads to close sales within target timelines.
CRM Management: Log all prospect interactions, inquiries, and booking statuses accurately in the company CRM system.
Onboarding Coordination: Partner with the operations team to ensure smooth move-ins and room handovers for recent residents.
Market Awareness: Keep track of competitor pricing,
local rental trends, and ongoing promotional offers in Gurgaon.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 0 to 2 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality-focused front-facing roles.
Skills: Robust verbal communication, active listening, negotiation abilities, and a customer-first attitude.
Education: Minimum high school diploma (10th/12th pass) or a bachelor's degree in any stream.
