We are looking for a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive who can:
Generate leads
Communicate with prospects
Understand client needs
Convert leads into paying clients

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, persuasive, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation
Identify and reach out to potential clients
Generate leads via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Maintain lead database and follow-ups

Client Communication
Understand client requirements
Explain company services clearly
Handle objections and queries

Sales & Conversion
Convert leads into clients
Coordinate with internal teams for closing deals
Maintain consistent follow-ups until closure

Reporting & Tracking
Maintain daily call and lead reports
Track conversion performance
Update CRM regularly

Required Skills & Experience
1+ year of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development
Robust communication and convincing skills




Confidence in handling calls and client conversations
Basic understanding of digital marketing services, IT Services (preferred)
Target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Should be valuable in English communication

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
Experience in digital marketing or agency sales
Knowledge of lead generation tools
Experience handling B2B clients
Understanding of funnels or online business
