Job Role

We are looking for a Calling & Social Media Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and social media messages for our car modification and accessories business.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and leads received through phone calls, Instagram, and Facebook.
Respond to customer DMs and messages on Instagram and Facebook professionally and promptly.
Call customers to understand their requirements and provide basic information about our car modification and accessories services.
Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Confirm booking details such as customer name, contact number, car model, required work/service, date, and time.
Maintain regular follow-ups until the customer confirms the booking.
Handle customer queries regarding services, availability, and basic pricing information.
Coordinate with the workshop/team regarding confirmed bookings.
Maintain a daily record of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.




Provide daily updates on leads and booking status to management.

Social Media Responsibilities
Handle customer DMs and enquiries on Instagram and Facebook.
Reply to customer messages and comments related to services and bookings.
Forward serious/qualified enquiries to the concerned team when required.
No content creation, post-making, or reel-making is required for this role.

Required Skills
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Confident in making and receiving phone calls.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook messaging.
Ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
Basic Hindi and English communication skills.
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
Basic computer knowledge.

Experience

0–2 years of experience

Freshers with positive communication and calling skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
