About the Role

We are looking for confident and energetic Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our team in Kochi.

The role involves communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested customers and generate sales.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Update customer and sales information regularly.

Requirements
Positive communication skills and a confident personality.
Must be able to speak Malayalam fluently.
Basic English communication is required.




Sales or telecalling experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to convince and communicate effectively with customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary & Incentives
