Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant with knowledge of HRMS products and HR processes to support client requirements, product implementation, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand HR processes and client requirements.
Support HRMS product implementation and configuration.
Assist clients with payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Provide product training and customer support.
Coordinate with technical and client teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of HR operations and HRMS software.
Positive communication and client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
Willingness to travel if required.
