About the Role

We’re looking for a UX Designer who is curious about how people think, learn, behave, and interact.

This is a pure UX-focused role. We want someone who looks beyond screens and thinks about the complete user journey, learning experience, and product intelligence.

You should ask “Why?” before “How?” and enjoy turning complex problems into straightforward, intuitive, and meaningful experiences.

What You’ll Do
Understand user needs, goals, behaviours, motivations, and pain points.
Conduct basic user research, interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis.
Create personas, user journeys, information architecture, and user flows.
Design experiences that reduce friction and cognitive load.
Create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Think about feedback, motivation, progression, retention, and personalisation.
Explore how AI, data, and technology can create smarter experiences.
Create wireframes and prototypes and conduct usability testing.
Analyse feedback, iterate solutions, and communicate the reasoning behind design decisions.
Collaborate effectively with product, development, content, and design teams.

Can give and receive constructive feedback professionally.
Is interested in Learning Experience, AI, and intelligent products.
Is comfortable testing, learning, and iterating.

Required Skills

UX Research User Flows User Journeys Information Architecture Wireframing Prototyping Usability Testing Design Thinking Problem Solving Communication & Presentation Figma

UI/Visual design is a plus, but not the primary requirement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
