Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC laser cutting machines safely and efficiently.
Load and unload metal sheets/materials onto the machine.
Read and understand technical drawings, dimensions, and cutting layouts.
Load cutting programs/files and set appropriate machine parameters.
Select and set suitable nozzle, laser power, cutting speed, gas pressure, and focus as required.
Check the first piece and perform regular quality inspections.
Ensure accurate dimensions, clean cutting edges, and minimum material wastage.
Monitor machine performance during production and identify cutting defects.
Make basic program/parameter adjustments when required.
Maintain daily production and material consumption records.
Report machine breakdowns, nozzle/lens issues, or maintenance requirements.
Follow 5S, safety, PPE, quality, and housekeeping procedures.




Properly segregate finished parts, scrap, and rejected material.

Required Skills
Experience operating CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine.
Basic knowledge of laser cutting parameters and CNC operation.
Ability to read technical/engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and measuring tape.
Positive understanding of sheet-metal cutting and material handling.
Ability to identify cutting defects and maintain quality.
Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Pay: ₹11,458.35 - ₹25,000.00 per month
