As elderly patients often face multiple medical, functional, and care challenges, consulting different specialists for each issue can be overwhelming. Geriatricians address this by working alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, clinical psychologists, counselors, and social workers. This team coordinates the care needs of older patients and their families, providing guidance on the optimal use of various community support services.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing requirements.

Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with management for final selection.

Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Manage attendance, leave and employee-related activities.

Coordinate employee training and induction programs.

Support employee engagement and grievance handling.





Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.

Prepare and maintain regular HR reports.

Requirements:

Fresher OR One year experience

Experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Elder Care or Home Care will be an added advantage.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Valuable knowledge of recruitment and employee handling.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements effectively.

Two-wheeler is preferred.

Candidates with valuable local market knowledge will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
