Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers and the sales team for enquiries, orders, and deliveries.
Handle customer calls, emails, and regular follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and order trackers using MS Excel.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Stores, and Accounts for timely order execution.
Maintain sales records and documentation.
Provide day-to-day support to the sales team.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Freshers with valuable communication and Excel skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
