Job Profile: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM - Field Sales)
Build & Maintain Client Relationships: Build robust, long-term relationships with clients and address their loan and insurance requirements.
Field Visits & Deal Closure: Conduct field meetings arranged by the junior telecalling team to convince clients and close financial deals.
Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and resolving queries promptly.
Business Growth: Proactively identify sales prospects to enhance client satisfaction and achieve business targets.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal junior teams and management to support client needs and streamline sales operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
