Key Responsibilities
Analyse client operations and identify improvement prospects.
Create and execute implementation plans.
Track KPIs, project milestones and action items.
Maintain MIS, reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with stakeholders and conduct review meetings.
Drive participant engagement and follow-ups.
Recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Required Qualifications
Graduate (mandatory).
MBA preferred.
CA Inter/IPCC passed preferred.
Chartered Accountant preferred for Senior Operations Consultant.
Operations Consultant:



0–2 years' experience (exceptional freshers may apply).
Senior Operations Consultant: 3–6 years' experience in Operations, Consulting, Project Management or Training Industry.
