Approval & Workflow: Contact customers for authorization on extra repairs and update them on repair progress throughout the day. [1]
Administrative Duties: Write detailed repair orders, handle warranty or insurance verifications, order necessary parts, and process final billing. [1, 2, 3]
Follow-Up: Call customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future maintenance
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
