We are looking for a civil supervisor for the construction of a 500-bed hospital.

A civil supervisor in the construction industry oversees in office operations, directing daily crew work, enforcing safety regulations, and ensuring structural projects are completed on time and within budget. [1, 2, 3]Core Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day civil construction activities to guarantee they align with approved blueprints, engineering plans, and specifications. [1, 2]
Workforce Management: Direct and coordinate laborers, subcontractors, and trade partners, assigning daily tasks and tracking attendance. [1, 2]
Quality Control (QA/QC): Conduct regular inspections of materials (such as concrete, soil, and aggregate) and workmanship to meet regulatory building codes and quality standards. [1, 2, 3]
Safety Enforcement: Implement rigorous safety protocols (such as PPE compliance and hazard identification), minimizing on-site risks and preventing work interruptions. [1, 2, 3]
Resource & Progress Tracking: Order building materials, manage inventory, track construction schedules,



and report milestone progress directly to the project manager or superintendent. [1, 2, 3]
Problem-Solving: Address design modifications, logistical delays, or unexpected in office challenges swiftly. [1, 2]

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent vocational training (ITI).
Experience: Typically 3 years of hands-on experience on construction sites.
Technical Skills: Advanced ability to read structural drawings and blueprints, knowledge of local building codes, and familiarity with heavy machinery or tools.
Certifications: Valuable credentials include OSHA/NEBOSH safety training and First Aid/CPR certification.

Salary: A Commensurate salary will be provided to the right candidate.
