HIRING: OPHTHALMOLOGIST – CLINICAL & HOSPITAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Akal Sahai Eye Care Centre is looking for a qualified and responsible Ophthalmologist to join our team in a Clinical & Hospital Operations/Managerial role.

Ophthalmologist – Clinical & Operations Manager

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

● Supervise the day-to-day functioning and clinical operations of the eye care centre.

● Oversee and coordinate the clinical and support staff.

● Ensure the smooth functioning of OPD, investigations, procedures and other hospital activities.

● Maintain appropriate clinical protocols, documentation and patient-care standards.

● Coordinate between doctors, nursing staff, technicians and administrative staff.

● Monitor workflow and address day-to-day operational issues.

● Ensure that patients receive appropriate and timely care.

● Assist in maintaining overall discipline, efficiency and quality of services at the centre.

● Take responsibility for general clinical supervision and operational coordination.

This is primarily a supervisory and managerial position. Routine OPD work and surgical responsibilities are not the primary requirements of this role.

Eligibility





● MBBS with additional qualification or training in Ophthalmology.

● Candidates with DOMS/DNB/MS/MD Ophthalmology or an equivalent ophthalmology qualification are welcome to apply.

● Candidates with prior experience in ophthalmology, hospital administration or clinical supervision will be preferred.

● Positive communication, organisational and leadership skills.

● Responsible, dependable and comfortable managing a clinical team.

Salary & Benefits

● ₹60,000–₹80,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.
