Export Marketing & Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an Export Marketing & Operations Executive to drive international business development while supporting the smooth execution of export orders. The role combines international sales, export marketing, digital lead generation and export operations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research international markets, potential buyers, importers, distributors and business prospects relevant to our products.
Generate and qualify prospects through market research, Google, Instagram, social media, industry directories, trade websites and other online sources.
Approach international prospects through email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and other relevant channels.
Introduce company and products to overseas buyers, handle enquiries, follow up and convert prospects into business.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective international customers.
Manage leads and customer interactions through CRM and ensure consistent follow-up.
Support digital marketing and online promotion, including Instagram and international lead-generation activities.
Candidates proficient in Canva,



Meta Business Suite/Ads, Instagram and other digital marketing tools will be preferred.
Should have basic knowledge of export documentation or a robust willingness to learn export documentation and procedures.

Candidate Profile
0–4 years of experience in Export Marketing, International Sales, Business Development, EXIM or related roles. Freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude may apply.
Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence in communicating with international clients.
Strong sales, follow-up, communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive and comfortable with researching and identifying current international prospects.
Knowledge of export documentation and procedures, or willingness to learn, is essential.
Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, Canva, Meta and social media will be an advantage.
