Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Leader – Production Operations to monitor the complete production process and ensure orders are completed as per the planned dispatch date.

The person will coordinate with supervisors, track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and report the status to higher management.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor production based on the committed finished-goods dispatch date.
Track the complete process from weaving → fabric processing → cutting → stitching → ironing → final checking → packing → dispatch.
Monitor supervisors and ensure they are following the production plan.
Check planned vs. actual production on a daily basis.
Identify production delays, bottlenecks, manpower/material issues, and quality-related stoppages.
Follow up with concerned supervisors to resolve delays.
Immediately report major issues and possible dispatch delays to higher management.




Prepare daily production status reports for management.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth movement of orders.
Ensure finished goods are ready for final dispatch and truck/container loading on time.

Required Skills
1 years of experience in textile/garment production or production planning(MBA DEGREE) Prefered.
Fresher M A L E candidates with mba degree in operations is prefered
Good knowledge of textile production processes.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to monitor multiple orders and production stages.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / production tracking.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle production pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
