Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in clients, identify their riding needs, and suggest matching Yamaha models like the FZ, MT, or R-series.
Product Presentations: Explain bike specifications, pricing breakdowns, available accessories, and active promotional offers.
Test Rides: Coordinate and supervise protected test rides for potential buyers.
Lead Management: Follow up promptly on digital enquiries, phone calls, and showroom walk-ins.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales quotas.
CRM Updates: Log customer interactions, schedule follow-ups, and maintain daily sales reports using dealership software. [1]
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail or automobile sales experience (freshers with robust communication skills are sometimes accepted).
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the two-wheeler market and Yamaha motorcycle line-ups.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent spoken communication, active listening, and a customer-focused attitude.
Licensing: A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
