Design, assemble, test and troubleshoot electronic control hardware for wind-turbine prototypes and deployed systems.
Integrate sensors for speed, vibration, temperature, position, voltage, current and environmental monitoring.
Support embedded-control development using microcontrollers, development boards or industrial controllers.
Assist with PCB schematic review, component selection, prototyping, soldering, wiring and hardware validation.
Integrate motor/generator interfaces, relays, contactors, protection circuits and low-voltage power supplies.
Work with communication interfaces and industrial protocols such as UART, RS-485, CAN, Modbus or similar systems.
Develop and support data acquisition, condition monitoring and remote performance-monitoring systems.
Participate in prototype testing, field commissioning, fault diagnosis and corrective actions.
Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, test procedures, test reports and basic BOMs.
Coordinate with the wider engineering team on electrical safety, EMC/EMI robustness and system reliability.
