Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our school. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of primary-level education and the ability to create an engaging, supportive, and disciplined classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary-level students.
Teach assigned subjects according to the school curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching materials.
Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Identify students’ learning needs and provide appropriate support.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
Participate in school events, meetings, activities, and other academic initiatives.




Maintain proper student records and academic documentation.
Collaborate with other teachers and school authorities to support overall student development.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification.
Prior experience as a primary teacher will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust classroom management abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Creative, patient, and child-friendly approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team.
