Cash & Collection Management
Receive cash, card, UPI, cheque and other approved payment modes from patients and customers.
Collect payments against OPD, IPD, Emergency, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, Health Check-up and other hospital services as applicable.
Issue accurate receipts for all transactions.
Verify payment details and ensure that collections are correctly recorded in the billing/HIS system.
Maintain adequate cash balance and safeguard cash under custody.
Deposit collected cash with the designated bank/cash office as per hospital procedure.

Billing & Patient Transactions
Verify patient bills, payment details, discounts, deposits and outstanding amounts before accepting payments.
Handle advance payments and final settlements for IPD patients.
Process refunds only after obtaining the required approval and supporting documents.
Coordinate with Billing, Front Office, Accounts and other departments regarding payment-related queries.
Provide explicit information to patients/attendants regarding payments, receipts and outstanding balances.





Daily Reconciliation & Reporting
Prepare daily cash collection reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Reconcile physical cash with system-generated collection reports at the end of each shift/day.
Report any cash shortage, excess, discrepancy or suspected irregularity immediately to the concerned authority.
Maintain records of cash, card, UPI and other payment collections.
Ensure proper handover of cash and documents between shifts, wherever applicable.

Compliance & Controls
Follow hospital policies, financial controls and cash-handling procedures.
Ensure that no transaction is processed without proper authorization or supporting documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
Cooperate during internal and external audits.
Maintain proper documentation of all transactions and approvals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
