AMAR CARS PVT LTD is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Service Department in Nadiad.
The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling service-related calls, and coordinating with the service team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle service.
Handle incoming customer calls and service-related queries.
Follow up with customers for service appointments.
Inform customers about service schedules and requirements.
Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Service Team.
Maintain customer call and follow-up records.
Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns when required.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / 12th Pass candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-service-oriented approach.
Gujarati and Hindi communication skills preferred.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
