Job Description:

We are looking for specialist video editor to create engaging, learner-friendly training videos for RCM Gurukul – Aarohan by converting scripts, voiceovers, presentations, and raw footage into clear and qualified video content. The ideal candidate should think from a learner’s perspective, visually simplify complex information, and collaborate closely with trainers, content teams, and subject matter experts.

Key Result Areas:

· Edit training, explainer and presenter-led videos.

· Convert scripts and learning concepts into effective visual sequences.

· Use on-screen text, graphics, icons, animations and motion graphics to simplify concepts.

· Synchronise voiceover, visuals, music and sound effects.

· Maintain consistency with RCM/Aarohan branding.

· Work accurately with Hindi/Devanagari and English text.

· Create subtitles/captions and multilingual versions when required.

· Incorporate feedback and manage revisions efficiently.

· Maintain organised project files, source files and reusable video assets.

· Ensure final videos meet required quality and technical standards.

Skills required:

· Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills.

· Good understanding of pacing and learner engagement.





· Ability to visualise educational content, not just edit footage.

· Working knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.

· Positive typography and layout sense.

· Attention to detail and ability to work within timelines.

Educational /Skilled Qualification:

· Graduate/Diploma/Certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, Media Production or related field preferred.

· Software Proficiency:

Essential: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalent tools.
Good to Have: Audio editing tools, Canva and AI-assisted video/content tools.

Work Experience:

· 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

· Experience in training, e-learning, explainer or Hindi/regional-language videos will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
